These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Manda Music Manager iOS application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Using the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, educational, and personal purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in account you use and for the accuracy of the information associated with your Manda account.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the information you add, such as class details, practice data, notes, and photos. You grant us permission to store and process that information solely to operate the App for you and your class.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
